Prezi - Your Solution

It was released in April 2009 in Budapest by Adam Somlai-Fischer and Peter Halacsy.
Prezi is an online tool, with a great potential to create dynamic presentations , effective and easier usability.
The user have the ability to organize content the way you want, and allows the creation of less common presentations. The presentations can be originals , depending on each one.




In presentations is possible to insert:
  • Video (FLV and F4V)
  • Youtube videos
  • Music and animations in SWF format
  • Images (PNG, JPG and GIF)
  • Diagrams
  • Shapes
  • Other ..
How to create a great prezi


Prezi used a few times, but I will say some advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages:
  • Easy Usability
  • Various content in a single "page"
  • Ability to "zoom"
  • Possibility to put on any web page

Disadvantages:
  • Internet access required
  • It is not possible to copy / paste
  • Only in English
  • To create a presentation with more tools you have to pay

E-Learning - Distance Learning Universities

Method of teaching without physical presence, in which the learner has to use new technology to access online content available on the platform of the educational institution.

In my personal opinion, the E-Learning plays an increasing role in education, since it allows the elimination of physical barriers, social and cultural knowledge to carry education anywhere.
Since the correspondence education until the E-Learning has been giving new meaning to learning and the culmination of the possibilities in disseminating knowledge and information for students, and at an accelerated pace, opened new horizons for the distribution and sharing of knowledge .
Distance learning has many advantages such as rapid update of content, each student sets the pace of learning, among others, but also some setbacks such as lack of human relationships (teacher / student).
In short, e-learning is an asset in the teaching / learning at a distance, because it brought very diverse possibilities, both for the teacher as to the student, because through these environments, it was possible to integrate in one place a series of services and tools.

Price with VAT/1.23 (VAT 23%) = Price without VAT

100€/1.23 = 81.30€

Price with VAT - Price Without VAT = VAT

100€ - 81.30€ = 18.7€

Excel for Teachers - Education

Protect your documents

Sometimes we need to protect our content, Word contains a feature that allows you to add a password to the documents for those who want to open.
  •  Open your document-> Click in office Button-> Save As


  • Will open a windows-> Click in Tools -> General Options


  • Insert the password to protect the document-> Click OK


  • Confirm you password-> Click OK again


  • Will back to the window initial -> Click OK-> Close the Document


  • Open the document and will ask the password

Paste text without formatting

  • Copy text with hyperlink and other formatting's for example:

  •  Go to the tab Home -> Paste -> Special Paste



  • Then a window will open and select "Unformatted Text"-> OK


  • The text appear without formatting

Fast Text

Nowadays you sometimes have to work out some text for example. Without leaving from the word is possible to do this. Let me give a simple example:

  • Go to the Word and write "=rand()" (after click in "enter"), will write four phrases and three paragraphs.




  • Another way: Go to the word and write "=rand(number paragraphs, number phrases)"




OR


  • Go to the Word and write "=lorem()" (after click in "enter"), will write four phrases and three paragraphs.




  • Another way: Go to the word and write "=lorem(number paragraphs, number phrases)"

Count Pages, Characters, Words, Paragraphs and Lines

If for any reason you need to count the number of words, letters, paragraphs, etc ... of a document is very simple. To count the number of words, letters, paragraphs, lines, pages, click where it says "review" after "word count"


It is also possible to count the words, letters, etc. .. a piece of text, you just select the text you want and do what you said before.

Create Lines in Word documents with Symbols

  • You can quickly place horizontal lines in a Word document, you need not go looking for all menus, the keyboard simply come to the result shown below.

        Create table in word with symbols

        For those who like to use the keyboard, you can easily create tables, forms, with only two symbols. ("+" And "-")

        The "+" indicates the end / beginning of a column, "-" is the table row. I'll leave here an example of a table I made. Very easy.

        • Write for example "+-----+------------------------------------+" (without quotes) and  press enter key:

          • Here's the result after clicking on the enter key

          • If you want to put a new row in the table just need to click the TAB key and the row is automatically added
